With the goal of making psychological therapy more accessible to everyone, we work with licensed psychologists to offer innovative solutions for people and organizations around the world.

About you

You are the person we are looking for if:

You have a Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Psychology.
You have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Clinical Psychologist.
You are very familiar with digital technologies (e.g., online tools, video platforms, document sharing, online events, etc.).
You have Spanish/English language skills (B2-C1) and are comfortable being interviewed and talking about your work in the language. If you speak any other language, it is an advantage.
You are self-employed (freelance).
You are enthusiastic about online therapy or have experience doing it.

The selection process

Initial Form

Fill out the Initial Form with your CV and information about your experience as a Clinical Psychologist.

Fill in the form

Skills-based interview

If you are one of the shortlisted candidates, our team will contact you and share a clinical case for you to solve and demonstrate your skills.

Competency-based
interview

If the assessment and interview are successful, there are two possible scenarios:

1) Open selection: you will be invited to join immediately.

2) No open selection: you will be part of the Freelance Psychologist Pool and will be invited when a suitable process is opened.

Onboarding, training
and activation

Once all the stages of the selection process have been carried out, the last step is to undergo training to understand how the platform works and activation on the platform.
