(hereinafter “ifeel”) with Tax ID number B87593851, has its registered office at Calle José Ortega y Gasset 100, 6ª pl. 28006, Madrid (Spain) informs you that it will collect the following personal data:

- Initial emotional health questionnaire and professional health treatment.
In order to proceed to its treatment, by virtue of the professional health service provided by ifeel, and with the purpose of:

- To carry out an initial check of the patient/user for the assignment of the correct professional treatment that meets their needs, and subsequent professional health treatment.
It is possible that your personal data may be communicated through the platform to external health professionals with whom ifeel has a business relationship, in order to be able to provide you with the professional service in accordance with the contracted services. Your data will be kept for the legally required periods.
You are also informed that you have the rights of access, rectification, suppression, opposition, limitation and portability, which can be exercised by sending a written request to the address [email protected].
In some cases, the request may be denied if you request the deletion of data necessary to comply with legal obligations. Likewise, if you have a complaint about the processing of your data, you may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
Based on the considerations described above, ifeel requests your express consent to carry out such processing.
