Es un proceso inc\u00f3modo<\/strong> y que requiere que, durante un breve per\u00edodo de tiempo queden, en cierta manera, desprotegidas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

De hecho, suelen esconderse debajo de las piedras hasta que desarrollan su nuevo esqueleto protector, que al principio es m\u00e1s fr\u00e1gil y m\u00e1s blando de lo habitual. No debe ser f\u00e1cil sentirse as\u00ed de desprotegido y vulnerable<\/strong> en el fondo del mar. \u00bfTe imaginas?<\/p>\n

Cuando los pescadores las capturan en este estado, con frecuencia las devuelven al mar porque las consideran menos valiosas, sin embargo, cuando pasa un tiempo, esta estructura se endurece y la langosta se hace m\u00e1s grande, m\u00e1s deseada.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Experimentamos situaciones y emociones que nos invitan a dar un giro a nuestra vida, a generar cambios en la forma de pensar o actuar<\/strong>, pero que tambi\u00e9n nos hacen sentir vulnerables, inquietos, inseguros o ansiosos<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Construir este camino no siempre es f\u00e1cil y, al igual que las langostas, tambi\u00e9n necesitamos cambiar ciertas formas de pensar o actuar, ciertas din\u00e1micas, para que as\u00ed nuestro caparaz\u00f3n deje de hacernos da\u00f1o y podamos seguir creciendo y evolucionando<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Podemos tomar una pastilla que adormezca nuestro cuerpo y frene el dolor<\/strong>, que apacig\u00fce la incertidumbre<\/strong>\u2026 Sin embargo, si las langostas bien saben que necesitan pasar por este proceso para crecer y evolucionar, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 nosotros no?<\/strong>[:en]Did you know that lobsters have to shed\u00a0their shells because at one point in their life they become too small and it bothers them? It is an <\/span>uncomfortable process<\/b> in which lobsters find themselves a bit <\/span>unprotected <\/b>during a short period of time.<\/span><\/p>\n

Throughout \u00a0this process lobsters tend to hide under stones until their new protective shell is ready, which is more fragile and softer than usual. It mustn\u2019t be easy <\/span>feeling so exposed and vulnerable<\/b> in the deep sea. Can you imagine that?<\/span><\/p>\n

When fishermen catch them in this stage of their life with their new, soft shell, they frequently return them to the sea \u00a0because they are considered less valuable. As time passes by, <\/span>their skeleton gets harder and the lobster grows up and becomes bigger.<\/b><\/p>\n

Something similar happens to us at some point. We experience<\/span> situations and emotions that invite us to turn life around <\/b>and <\/span>change the way in which we think or act<\/b>, and this process can make us feel <\/span>vulnerable, restless, insecure or even anxious.<\/b><\/p>\n

Going down this path is not always easy, just like lobsters, we also need to <\/span>change certain things or specific dynamics in order to make sure<\/b> that our shell stops hurting us<\/b> and that we can keep on making progress and evolving.<\/b><\/p>\n

We could take a pill to numb our body and stop the <\/span>pain<\/b>, to contain and pacify the <\/span>uncertainty<\/b>\u2026 However, if lobsters know that they need to go through this process to thrive and evolve, <\/span>how come we don\u2019t?<\/b>[:]<\/p>\n\n
