Football player Andrés Iniesta has worn very important shirts and has now teamed up with another great team: ifeel’s psychological well-being platform for companies. 

The former FC Barcelona and current player of the Japanese team Vissel Kobe wanted to join us to raise awareness of the importance of mental health care in the workplace. Despite this, the iconic midfielder suffered from depression in 2009, after winning the Champions League, La Liga, and La Copa del Rey with Barça. Andrés Iniesta has always spoken openly about it: “I experienced depression in 2009 after the hat-trick with Barça and the death of my friend Dani Jarque. I lived lacking enthusiasm and the excitement disappeared from my life. That’s the moment you have to ask for professional help. Your family, friends, and co-workers are the closest to you and the ones who can blow the whistle when you are feeling lost,” says Iniesta.
