We are celebrating our first year of collaboration with Andrés Iniesta as ifeel’s Global Ambassador. What’s even better: in 2023, we will continue working with the Vissel Kobe player to improve our employees’ well-being.
Throughout his career, Andrés Iniesta has played for some very important teams and currently wears another great team’s shirt: ifeel’s global emotional well-being service for companies.
Iniesta has always shown a special sensitivity toward all issues related to mental health. He knows that anyone may need help to care for their emotional well-being at some point in their lives and that work has to be part of the solution.
That’s why a year ago, the Vissel Kobe player joined us to achieve one goal: to empower people to pursue their well-being inside and outside work.
Iniesta and International Workers’ Day
Over the past few months, we have not wasted any time. In fact, we made the most of International Workers’ Day to remind ourselves of something fundamental: work is an area where we spend many hours, coexist with many people, and put our personal development at stake. That is why, as in any other area of our lives, we must also take care of our emotional well-being in the workplace.
Mens sana in corporate sano
In addition, on World Mental Health Day, we launched the Mens sana in corporate sano campaign to remind companies that we are here to help them take care of their most important resource: their people.
What lies ahead in 2023
A year ago, ifeel and Andrés Iniesta firmly committed to raising awareness of the need to provide companies with valuable tools to protect the psychological well-being of their employees. Most importantly, we will continue to work with him during 2023 to carry out more online and offline campaigns to raise awareness among companies about the importance of the psychological well-being of their employees.
Fostering emotional well-being in organizations
At ifeel, we provide a global emotional well-being service for companies designed by our team of psychologists who are experts in well-being at work. This collaboration allows People, Talent, and Human Resources managers to receive personalized, data-driven advice on caring for the psychological well-being of the teams in charge. In addition, we have the best ambassador to promote our work: the football player Andrés Iniesta.
